Returns and Exchange

  • Unopened items can be submitted for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Prior authorisation is to be obtained to ensure the rebate.
  • Items of which the seal appears to be broken or open packages will not be accepted for refund or exchange(replacement).
  • You will receive your refund within four weeks of submission to your shipper.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a receipt from Post Office when returning an item as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
  • Refund will not include any postage incurred in returning the parcel.
  • If you received a damaged item, a image should be sent to us as soon as possible to avoid lapsing the 30-day refund period.
  • Damaged item's need to be returned to us via a prepaid postage label for inspection under Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 prior to a refund being issued.
  • Fragrances will not be refunded or exchanged due to personal dislikes post purchasing if used, but if it is a matter of quality (such as presumed loss of scent) the product will be sent to the manufacturer for analysis, before considering any refund or exchange.
  • Missing items need to be reported within 14 days of expected arrival. After this time missing items can no longer be investigated.
  • Items returned to us due to incorrect address details will be refunded in full, minus the original postage cost.
