I am unable to locate a product
Type the name or the code of the product on the search box that is located at the top(middle) of Questmoor Pharmacy home page. If you are still unable to locate, contact us for further assistance.
The product I am looking for is out of stock. How can I find out when it will be available?
Drop us an email, and we will contact as soon as we’ve restocked. If the manufacturer has discontinued the product for some reason, we will recommend an alternate product instead.
How can I be sure that the products shown on the webstore are genuine products?
All our products are sourced directly from leading brands and manufacturers, therefore, can be guaranteed as authentic and genuine products. We do not source products from any third-party retailers such as e-bay or Amazon. We assure quality of our products and in the event of any doubt, you could contact Questmoor Pharmacy for clarification.
Can I combine discount codes?
Although we would love to give as many discounts as you like, unfortunately, discount codes cannot be combined. Only one promotional code can be redeemed at a time.
Does the price indicated on the webstore include VAT?
Yes. UK VAT has been included wherever applicable.
Do you charge for delivery?
Orders over £25 are delivered without any additional cost.
Has my order been dispatched?
All orders received before 10 am from Monday through Thursday are dispatched within one working day, through our courier service. Orders received after 10am on these days or from Friday through Sunday or on an English Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next available working day delivery. Once the order has been shipped, you will be notified via an email.
Why have I have still not received my order?
While we apologise to you for the delay, we request you contact our team with the order reference if it has been more than 8 working days since you placed the order. Deliveries in the UK can take up to 7 working days and sometimes the reason for the delay is outside of our control. Any non-delivery of orders should be recorded with us within 45 days from the day you placed the order.
