Lamberts® Energy Drink provides an excellent source of energy in the form of complex carbohydrates. This means that absorption of the energy giving carbohydrates is controlled, which helps to prevent 'spikes' in blood sugar levels.

This product provides replacement mineral salts (called electrolytes) lost through sweating, including potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium to help the body recover the mineral balance quickly.

DIRECTIONS
SERVING GUIDE:
Mix two slightly heaped scoops (50g) with 500ml (1 pint) of cold water. This product is ideal after intense workouts. It can also be taken before training or during prolonged exercise. Up to 4 servings can be taken per day.Once mixed, keep chilled and consume within 3 hours.
